If you know what you want to build and need it designed, you need a designer. If you’re still unsure what to build, what to cut, or what to do first, start with the consulting side. Most founders aren’t sure which one they need, and that’s what the free 30-minute call is for.

No. I work with founders building from zero, and with live product teams that have designers but no senior voice setting direction. The common thread is that something important is being built and the decisions around it need an owner.

It starts with research: your market, your competitors, and your users, so every recommendation has evidence behind it. From there we get clear on what needs to be built before any screens are designed, then move into design, and into a design system if the product needs one. You get structured updates and regular check-ins throughout, so you always know where things stand.

When the timeline allows, yes. An interactive prototype lets you test a flow before any code is written. When the pace is fast, I skip it and go straight to polished, dev-ready screens, because speed shouldn’t be traded for a step the project doesn’t need. We’ll decide together at the start.
